Make Some Metal

Congrats, you did it!  You mustered up the funds and bought that high-end metal 3d printer that you know is going to make you a gazillionaire in no time at all. Now what? Parts are crashing, powder needs sifting, flammable filters need changed, dirty lenses, sensors failing, inconsistent properties across the build plate, and, by the by, how do you get these parts off the build plate? Stress relief, heat treat, huh? This part's burnt on the bottom, this one's got porosity, that one warped...what the heck?
It's OK, we've felt your pain, with over 25 years operator experience, we've just about seen it all...and figured out how to fix it. We're Advanced User vendor certified on 3D Systems, GE/Concept Laser, EOS, and Arcam equipment, but we're not afraid to tackle new makes and models as well. Best part is, you don't have to put us on your employment rolls to get our help - we'll subcontract in to operate  your metal 3d printers on a straight hourly rate...if the machine's running, we get paid, if it's not, we don't.
So, take a load off, get back out there to sell your capability, and let us make your machines work for you. Currently serving the North Alabama/Tennessee area.
